Highly Translucent Thermal Insulation.

With the experience of our sister company, SolarNext, specialists in solar cooling and solar heating technology, we are able to offer an extremely insulating and highly translucent membrane and foil composite material by using the highly efficient insulation material Aerogel.

These beautiful translucent and light tensile fabrics, along with their impressive thermal and acoustic benefits, can be integrated within pneumatic, tensile membrane roof or façade structures in buildings.

With varying Aerogel layer thickness, specific U-Values can be achieved to create an impressive barrier to solar heat or cold outside temperatures. The insulating properties of Aerogel are approximately twice as good as those of conventional mineral fibres.

The technology is a milestone in the development of membrane and foil constructions and provides the combination of high light transmission and high thermal insulation for membranes.
